2024 is a special year for Miele, as the brand celebrates its 125th anniversary 

As we celebrate our 125th anniversary, we also inaugurated a brand-new chapter in HK to open our new Miele Flagship Store, extending the legacy at the same premiere shopping hub but yet in an even more prestigious location.  

The purpose of the Miele Experience Centre is to bring Miele’s premium and sustainable products to life – we boost ourselves as the experiential space where customers with sophisticated and distinctive lifestyle can feel, touch and use our products, bringing home inspirations and design explorations, allowing customers to witness first-hand the craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology that have made Miele a global leader. 

The new two-storey store, spanning nearly 5,000 square feet, features an extensive selection of cooking and cleaning products. However, it represents more than a mere retail space; but offer an immersive, hands-on encounter with Miele's cutting-edge innovations. They are a showcase of Miele’s dedication to excellence, personalized service and unparalleled shopping experience. 

The new Experience Centre serves as a versatile events space, ideal for collaborations with customers and complementary brands, where we can host cooking classes, product launches, and exclusive events, creating a hub of culinary inspiration and innovation. 

New flagship store design is the first that blends in the brand’s latest retail concept. The design elements are carefully curated to reflect the brand's ethos,  creates a sophisticated atmosphere perfectly combines modern luxury with refined elegance, making the store a destination for customers seeking a blend of style and functionality.  

 Designed to reflect Miele’s commitment to sustainability, ”Recycle to Reward” program same as Miele Kai Tak will run here as well. 

Kitchen Experience

Active Kitchen: Over a quarter of space is reserved for interactive and engaging experiences: where our Miele In-house Chef that captivates guests with top-notch cooking experience, assisting customers to utilise appliances full potential. Join us for a range of special events and workshops designed to help customers delve into Miele's innovative cooking and cleaning solutions. 

Culinary Hub: A smaller size venture where we provide personalized cooking demonstrations.  

Kitchen Gallery: Showcase different mix-and-match inspirations for your kitchen with a combination of Generation 7000 design lines, from handleless Artline, timeless PureLine to modern VitroLine, including our latest display of colours such as Matt Black and Pearl Beige series.

Coffee Lounge: Come and enjoy the unique Miele coffee aroma & various special drinks at the entrance. 

Cleaning Experience

Laundry Lab: Endless delight with Miele’s crafted laundry range, from washing, drying to ironing, creating your laundry environment has never been easier. Understand more about our special cleaning products, developed in our own laboratories, which perfectly formulated to match Miele laundry appliances, bringing customers the perfect laundry care experiences. 

Dishwashing Oasis: Explore the exclusive Asian-basket design & world-first innovations of PowerDisk auto-dispensing from Miele.
